Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup oat flour (or coconut flour for lower carbs)
- 2-4 scoops VORGaccino powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
- ¼ cup raw cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips (70%+)
Wet Ingredients: - ⅓ cup coconut oil or vegan butter, melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup or coconut nectar
- 2 tbsp almond butter (adds moisture + creaminess)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 2.5 tbsp warm water, set 5 mins)
