WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship out orders every day Monday through Friday. If orders placed before 12:00pm EST will be shipped out same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Most orders will arrive 1-5 business days after purchase, through USPS priority mail.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free within the USA on orders over $99. 

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with tracking. If an order gets stuck, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, we will be more than happy to help. Please be sure to contact us after 10 days if package has not arrived. From here we will call USPS and file a claim. If that does not work after 21 days we will file a LOSS/THEFT report on your behalf and issue another order for you at no extra charge. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Returns

We have a money back guarantee policy that lasts 90 days on single bottles. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To return your order, simply send to:

Must include your name and order number inside the package.
Once we receive the product(s), we will issue a refund on the purchase price of the product(s), minus original shipping costs.
 
Customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend getting a tracking number with your return shipment. 

For the bundle packs and subscription deals, there are no refunds! We only offer refunds on single bottles.

If there are any issues with shipping please email a picture of how you received the product to contact@vorgsupershake.com.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@vorgsupershake.com 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 business days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be given store credit in the amount paid. We will e-mail you a return label. Print out and tape to package with name and address inside. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
